2ND SEM - MIDTERMS: 2 page Magazine

OMG! ANOTHER MAGAZINE?! THE SECOND PAGE - Multimedia Arts Magazine part 2

_____________________________________________________________

I had too much fun making magazines so I'm doing it again. This is part two of the Multimedia Arts magazine, now being three pages.

As a continuation from the previous magazine entry, I've decided to reuse the same design and just continue with it as if it really was a magazine. After all, I believe I have done a good job with it.

I'll be doing a similar run down where the same tips will be used. In the additional pages, I decided to talk about Mood Boards. These are something that I have found to be quite helpful in terms of helping an artist build a color palette suitable for their art works.

Here is how the first one turned out:

Here is the second magazine attempt:

I've decided to fix the placing of each pages to see which one looks best. I really love how both magazines are MMA based yet look and feel different from each other.

Other than that, text placement is also a considerable effort to figure out how the reader will be able to fully understand the piece they are reading. Do not overload, and do not block out too much information for it will affect how the reader will comprehend the magazine's content.

The drawings I used here were past drawings I've done or used as an assignment submission the past year, and keeping them really did the trick. Anyway, that's really all there is for today's tip. Always keep your head high and experiment on what will work best for you and your client!
