Given the last interactive activity, here's another new one! We will attempt to recognize the concept of interactive forms from Adobe InDesign with the use of Google Forms. It's mostly the same except for more buttons and features in InDesign. But to make it more basic, here is one built from Google Forms.
As usual, be sure to pick a theme or an idea. To make it simpler for us to understand, I chose to do an Order Form. It's essentially similar to sites like SHOPEE or Lazada, yet more specific since it is only a form.
Input the content and make sure it is a necessity. These will determine the feasibility of the form you are making. Make sure it is also related. Google Forms have templates that help with users in creating their forms, one can make order forms, registration forms, or even quizzes.
Design is available in Google Forms but quite limited. Make sure that the design and colors are appealing and will make a good impression for the general public.
Keep in mind that people from all ages may use your form so make it as user friendly as possible to avoid confusion and errors. Put clear and concise instructions and separate sections to avoid easily submitting it.
With these simple steps, here is my google form where I made a simple yet effective Order form.
Google Forms can be edited anytime but remember that if it is accessible by the public, it can be viewed as you are editing it. Make sure the settings are correct as well to keep mistakes from happening.
These are only a few things that Google Forms can do, making it a very user and beginner friendly software to start out if you are not yet too familiar with apps like Adobe InDesign. For more tips and tricks, remember to follow my blog and feel free to comment your own tips.
