✿ Week 8 - Sketching a realistic portrait ✿
For t his week's artwork, it is a realistic portrait of a person. In my work, I used a reference with the medium of Prismacolor premier pencils for the coloring and black acrylic paint for the simple background on a smooth Vellum board. It was a fun activity to do for a change of style and a change of pace as there are no classes. Here are different angles of the drawing under simple lighting to try to show off the details. Overall, I'm quite proud of this piece and had fun doing the coloring process and exercise the lessons I learned from the previous meetings.
